About the Wellness Session 

In the How to Avoid What is Killing You,” session you will identify how stress affects your mind and body.  You are taught many of the physical and mental symptoms of stress and to “Prescribe yourself a New Way of Life.”  The first lifestyle change is with a powerful new affirmation to govern your life.  The second lifestyle change you are taught, is how to meditate and repeat this practice daily.  The third lifestyle change, is Phase I-IV.   Phase I-IV sessions were researched and designed to heal you, help you grow and allows you to welcome peace, joy and happiness into your life.
