      §  Identifying thoughts, attitudes,  people, and situations that have harmful effects on their lives


Phase II:  Dealing With the Stressors in Participants Lives

      §  How to decrease and eliminate the harmful affects of stress 

      §  Substituting negative/stressful thoughts and attitudes about situations that have a harmful affect on their lives

      §  How to attract positive/ peaceful situations in their lives that reflect their new positive thoughts


Phase III:  Creating a Healthy Life Style

     §  How incorporate health habits that will allow them to feel a higher since of well being 

     §  Demonstrating how to eat healthy,  purchase beneficial products, incorporate exercise, entertainment, and positive communication techniques into their lives


: Incorporating Stress Management Techniques into Participants Daily Lives

   §  Establish step by step approaches to create peaceful interaction and surroundings on a daily basis to render success in every aspect of their daily life.

   §  Participants will demonstrate the knowledge learned in Phase’s I-3.
